About the Event
The Empower -HIM: I Am worthy workshop is a powerful, interactive workshop designed specifically for boys ages 11–17 to help them grow into emotionally healthy, confident, and respectful young men. In today’s world, boys are often told to “toughen up” and “be a man,” without being taught what that really mean or how to build meaningful relationships based on respect, value, and emotional awareness.
This workshop offers a safe space for preteens and teens to explore:
🩵 What healthy relationships look and feel like
💙 How to recognize red flags and set boundaries
🩵 The importance of self-worth and emotional regulation
💙 How to express themselves without shame or fear
