EmpowerHer SEW Into Me Workshop
Sew Into Me is a cozy, heart centered girls workshop for grades 3 through 12 where sewing meets self worth. As the girls learn simple stitches and they’ll also take part in guided conversations about healthy friendships, respect, and positive relationships.

About the Event
Join us for our EmpowerHER Sew Into Me Workshop, where creativity, connection, and confidence come together in a beautiful sewing circle experience.
On March 21st from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, girls will gather at Genesis The Church (309 North Main Street, Royal Oak, Michigan) to learn simple stitches, build life skills, and take part in meaningful conversations about self worth, healthy friendships, and positive relationships. Each girl will receive a small sewing kit to take home.
While the girls are sewing, we will also have a parent group available, creating space for connection and support for caregivers too.
We are honored to have Ms. Linda as our speaker and seamstress. Her passion for sewing began at just 14 years old, and over the years she has mastered everything from garment construction to creative design.
